A kitchen tip for cleaning vessels with food stuck on the base after cooking The above picture is of a pressure cooker pan in which rice got stuck at the bottom while cooking. To clean this, take a little bit of tamarind as shown in the figure below. Put the tamarind inside the cooker                                               Add some water. Bring it to a boil and keep it aside for some time, so that the vessel and tamarind water cool. Then scrub it thoroughly. Usually, the vessel gets cleaned.
