Logs for wood-fired pizzas  

 Today I was going for an evening walk. I saw a few people crowded together and squeezed in to enquire. They were unloading logs from a truck and carrying them to a bakery to make wood-fired pizzas. I took permission from their manager and took snaps and videos of unloading and loading into the furnace. It was a rare view in a city.

Logs are thick

Loaders are thin

Furnace got lit

Pizzas got grilled.
