Air frying chicken

These days, people are very health-conscious. An air fryer helps in cooking food healthily and quickly. Here I am showing how to cook chicken pieces in an air fryer.

The figure below shows the air fryer I am using to cook. Check out the latest Inalsa Air Fryer model on Amazon here!

Inalsa Air fryer pan set at 200 degree celsius.

Pull out the lower pan and line it with air fryer liners as shown in the figures below.

Clean the chicken pieces, marinate them, and keep them aside for some time.

Then spread the pieces on the air fryer liner.

Place the pan in the air fryer and heat it at 200 degrees Celsius. Then remove the pan from the air fryer. The chicken will be half-cooked, as shown in the figure below.

Then turn over the pieces, place the pan back in the air fryer, and heat at 200 degrees Celsius for another 10 minutes. By this time, the chicken pieces will be thoroughly cooked. Now, take out the pan, let it cool for some time, and eat.

The advantage of air fryer cooking is that it uses no oil, which makes it a healthy option. Also, the time required is less. We can set the temperature and don't need to stand beside it as in the traditional way of cooking. This reduces physical strain.
We can also cook vegetables, fish, groundnuts, etc. in the air fryer in the same way. It saves a lot of time and energy.

Safety tip: While using the air fryer, ensure that it is not kept on the edge of the table, as shown below.

Air fryer kept on the tip of the table.

If kept like this, when pulling out the pan after cooking, it will fall and get destroyed, which happened to me.

When pulling out the pan there is space under the pan if kept on the tip of the table.

Ensure that there is a sufficient resting place for the pan when it is being pulled out, so that it won't fall down.

Here the pan is supported by a resting place when pulled out after use.

After use, let it cool down completely. Unplug it to eliminate the risk of an accidental turn-on, and use a structured, heat-resistant air fryer dust cover.
